Terms of Service

The parties

These terms are between you and Commetrix AI Private Limited, trading as OwnYourAMZ ("we", "us"). By using this website or the setup you agree to them. If you are using the setup for a company, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.

What the setup is

The setup is software that syncs your Amazon Ads and Seller Central reports into a database in your own cloud account and connects an AI assistant to it. It is deployed into an account you own and control. We provide the software, the deployment, the connection through our approved Amazon application, email support for setup, and updates when Amazon changes something.

What you receive is yours to keep. The source is included. The setup is built to keep running without us.

What you need

An Amazon seller or advertiser account you are authorised to connect, a cloud account for hosting billed to you, and a plan with an AI provider. Those providers' charges and terms are yours. The setup is limited to the number of Amazon profiles stated when you get it.

Changes to your Amazon account

The setup can change bids, budgets, campaigns and listings in your Amazon account. By default every change is proposed as a plan and applied only after you approve it. Rules you write and turn on run without a further approval. You are responsible for the plans you approve and the rules you enable. Every applied change is logged with the value before and after so it can be reversed.

Your responsibilities

• Use the setup only with Amazon accounts you are authorised to manage, and follow Amazon's policies and API terms.
• Keep your cloud and AI accounts secure. Access to them is access to your data.
• Do not resell the setup or present it as your own product. You may run it for your own brands and for clients you manage.

Our responsibilities and their limits

We will deliver the setup as described, do the setup with you where that is included, and provide reasonable email support. We do not guarantee any advertising result, sales figure or cost saving. Amazon's APIs, reports and policies change, and sometimes break; we will update the setup when they do but cannot promise uninterrupted operation.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms or the setup is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data in accounts we do not control, or indirect losses.

Pricing and refunds

Prices are stated when you apply or buy. Hosting and AI plans are billed by their providers directly to you and are not included. Where we charge for the setup, we refund it in full if we cannot complete the deployment into your account. Because the software and its source are delivered to you, there is no refund once the deployment is complete and working.

Intellectual property

We keep the copyright in the software. You receive a perpetual licence to run it, modify it and build on it for your own use and for clients you manage. Your data, your rules and anything you build with it are yours.

Ending the relationship

You can stop using the setup at any time; it is in your account, so there is nothing to cancel with us. If you breach these terms in a way that harms other users or Amazon's trust in our application, we may revoke the connection through our Amazon application. The setup continues to work with your own Amazon application.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will try to resolve any dispute by talking first; email hello@ownyouramz.com.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes. Changes do not reduce what you have already received.
